Refunds.
Design & Consulting Services
Each client has a unique situation and therefore varying factors, such as contracts, deposits, milestones, etc. Any deposits required to begin a project are always non-refundable. All other payments are made either by milestone or by project completion, which requires client approval. If a project is canceled or postponed, all deposits &/or milestone payments are retained by Larkin Howe Design, LLC and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for will be due immediately by the client. Please contact your project contact directly to discuss any refund requests, however due to the circumstances laid out here and the custom nature of our work, most services are non-refundable.
Subscriptions
Service Subscriptions - Refunds on current Service Subscription charges are only available within 48 hours of the charge taking place. This action will only skip one (1) subscription term and services will not be available to you until the next payment term. If you need to cancel your Service Subscription, you may do so by signing into your customer account. Any unused service subscription hours do not roll over to subsequent months and no refunds are provided for unused hours.
Product Subscriptions - Refunds on product subscriptions are not available due to the digital nature of these products. Product Subscriptions may be delayed by contacting support@larkinhowedesign.com prior to the charge date. All subscriptions can be canceled directly by logging into your customer account.
Digital Goods
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of these products, no refunds are available. This category includes gift cards.
Art Commissions
All of our art commissions are custom-made per each request. Our artists/designers spend countless hours on these types of products to make sure they’re to standard, therefore refunds are not available on art commissions. Alternatively, you are welcome to request revisions which may incur an additional fee.
Physical Products
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact support@larkinhowedesign.com immediately so we can take action in resolving the matter.
Currently, all of our physical products are manufactured and shipped by Printful and therefore, our return/refund policy on physical goods aligns with their policies, found below.
Damaged/Defective Goods - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the manufacturer’s part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturer facility. Reshipment costs may be incurred once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Therefore, refunds are not available on these products.

Please contact support@larkinhowedesign.com BEFORE initiating a return on your item with the reason for your return. Refunds are NOT always available, depending on the issue. Thank you for understanding and for supporting a budding small business!
